Rosie and Kit Volcano’s story is about more than building a seven-figure business—it’s about the power of human connection.
Their journey began with healing through Forrest Yoga, then expanded into entrepreneurship with the launch of a yoga studio in 2014. But despite their passion, the business failed. “We thought money and spirituality couldn’t coexist,” Rosie admits.
By 2017, they had lost almost everything. That’s when they made a daring decision: to invest $10,000 in coaching. It felt reckless. It turned out to be life-changing.
The Shift That Changed Everything
The program gave them more than business knowledge. It helped them redefine success and embrace authenticity. Within a year, they reached their first six-figure month—a stepping stone toward a thriving seven-figure enterprise.
But the most impactful lesson came from a retreat exercise that forced them to confront fear and vulnerability.
The Purple Leotard Moment
Kit, newly transitioning from female to male, walked into the retreat carrying layers of fear. When their coach said: “Give them a reason to reject you, and you give them a reason to accept you,” Kit listened.
The next day, wearing a purple leotard under his clothes, he revealed himself in front of 50 Christian participants. The room fell silent. Then the coach welcomed him with open arms.
By the retreat’s end, walls had dissolved. “We all learned that people are hard to hate close up,” Rosie says. “Authenticity opened hearts in ways we never imagined.”
Teaching Others to Be Seen
That moment became the foundation of The Little Volcano Coaching and Communication, a company dedicated to helping others shed fear and embrace their uniqueness.
“Be real. Be brave. And act, even if it terrifies you,” Rosie advises.
Looking Ahead
The couple is now focused on expanding their media presence with books, podcasts, and live events. Their mission is simple yet profound: to help people become unapologetically themselves—while proving that authenticity and success can coexist in a seven-figure business.
