For Linda Kim, entrepreneurship began during one of the hardest seasons of her life. After ending a long-term marriage and losing her tech job, she found herself a single mother looking for stability. “I wanted to create a better life for my kids,” she says. “And I wanted to prove that no setback could define me.”
That’s when she discovered Airbnb arbitrage. She invested in a mentorship, secured multiple properties, and built Olive Gold Properties from the ground up—all while juggling personal upheaval.
Building a Voice in a Male-Dominated Space
As her business flourished, Kim began to stand out in the short-term rental community. Her natural design eye led to Olive Gold Collective, a company that helps others maximize profits through interior styling.
Soon, invitations to podcasts and speaking events followed. “I set a goal to be on two podcasts in my first year,” she shares. “I ended up doing eight in six months.” Her story of resilience resonated so deeply that it opened new doors—including sharing the stage with global speaker Christopher Kai in Miami.
Inspiring Through Authenticity
Kim’s speaking style is candid, heartfelt, and inspiring. Audiences connect with her vulnerability and humor. “People laughed, some even cried,” she recalls. “It was powerful to know my story could help others.”
These experiences led her to launch BNB Mastery Society, a coaching platform designed to teach financial independence through passive income.

Looking ahead, Kim plans to expand her reach with nationwide speaking tours and partnerships with real estate expert Shane Seo. Her goal: to combine real estate education and mindset development to empower people to rewrite their financial futures.
