A productive coaching conversation can create clarity in an hour. The harder test comes afterward.
Does the leader make the decision that has been delayed for months? Does delegation actually improve? Does a familiar pattern change when the pressure returns?
Matthew Rabe believes coaching should eventually answer questions like these.
That thinking shaped Limitless Leader, the new six week, one on one intensive from Kingdom Training. Created for overwhelmed business owners, the program combines Rabe’s proprietary REWIRE framework with weekly coaching, a defined curriculum, and structured client tracking.
The intention is to move coaching away from inspiration alone and toward observable changes in how a leader executes.
Insight Is Only the Beginning
Rabe’s work starts with identity.
He believes business owners can accumulate strategies, systems, and advice while continuing to repeat behaviors that limit their performance. When that happens, the problem may have less to do with understanding what should happen next and more to do with the internal patterns influencing action.
“Most leaders don’t have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem,” Rabe says. “You can’t out work a self image that’s set to a lower ceiling.”
Through Kingdom Training, his performance coaching company based in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley, Rabe works with entrepreneurs experiencing those execution plateaus.
Limitless Leader gives that work a specific structure.
Why Six Weeks
Rabe officially launched the program July 11 and 12, 2026, at the Omni Hotel in downtown Chicago during the Message to Money mastermind with Paul Getter.
He built Limitless Leader as a concentrated six week engagement rather than an indefinite coaching relationship. The program includes a full curriculum, individual sessions each week, and structured tracking intended to make progress visible throughout the process.
At its center is REWIRE, Rabe’s framework for identifying and changing the self image and internal patterns he believes can keep high performers stuck.
The six week timeline also creates a degree of urgency. There is limited room for vague intentions when progress is being examined from week to week.
Putting Behavior Back Into Leadership Development
Leadership development can easily become abstract.
Terms such as mindset, confidence, and personal growth are useful, but they can mean very different things from one person to another. Rabe is interested in what those concepts look like once they reach the working day.
For a founder, greater confidence might appear as finally making a difficult decision. A change in identity might show up through better delegation. Breaking an old pattern could mean following through on a priority instead of abandoning it when discomfort arrives.
Those are behaviors a business owner can observe.
This is where Rabe wants Kingdom Training to distinguish its approach. The goal is not simply to give entrepreneurs a different way to think about themselves. It is to connect that internal work to the way they lead and execute.
Business owners will always need good strategies. Rabe’s wager with Limitless Leader is that some already have them.
The more revealing question is whether the person leading the company has become capable of consistently carrying them out.
