A Vision Born from Experience
After years spent building causes connected to her family’s public life, Pujols began seeking her own independent vision. “I always had a heart for people, but I wanted to redefine how I showed up in the world,” she shares.
That reflection sparked a new mission—to help others discover their own purpose and transform it into meaningful action.
The Power of Collaboration
Pujols’ culinary initiatives in India, developed in partnership with Vision Rescue, offer job training and life skills for those who need it most. The program’s business-forward design allows paying students and scholarship recipients to train side by side.
“It’s not just about cooking—it’s about creating equal ground,” she says. “Our kitchens are places where lives are rebuilt.”
Expanding Across Borders
From Calcutta to Cambodia and California, Pujols’ programs focus on sustainability and dignity. Each site operates with local collaboration, ensuring community ownership and long-term success. “When people are part of their own solution, they protect it,” she notes.
Her future plans include expanding scholarship programs in California for young adults leaving foster care or incarceration, helping them transition successfully into the workforce.
Balancing Mission and Motherhood
Despite her global schedule, Pujols prioritizes balance. “When my family life feels off, that’s my cue to pause,” she says. “You can’t lead globally if you’re not grounded personally.”
Her leadership philosophy is simple: serve with vision, lead with empathy, and always make room for rest.
